Michigan.

Elizabeth is the adopted dau. of David R. and Angeline Elizabeth (Fogarty) Maybee. He later m. Emmas Spietz (b. 12 April 1889, Michigan and d. 14 June 1985 in Michigan) about 1920 in Plymouth, Michigan.

Children: Persis^10 Fogarty, b. 28 January 1913, Michigan and she died on 7 December 1992 in Casper, Wyoming. She never married. She is buried in Denver next to her lifelong companion, Marion; John^10 Geoffrey Fogarty; Douglas^10 Harold Fogarty
